the Call Center Corporation, which launched last month, has announced a launch promotion that will see some of its early customers get free licenses to use the Nuxiba dialing solution.

The first five customers who purchase twenty or more seats will obtain an extra ten licenses free of charge for a year. Nuxiba’s CenterWare Suite Contact Center offers an interactive user interface complete with all the capabilities agents, supervisors, and administrators may require in a call center solution.

The company is touted as a distributor of call center software in the U.S, and is the official promoter and distributor of Nuxiba’s solutions in the country. It provides its clients with knowledge and advice on call center solutions.

“We are offering this because we really believe we can provide better advice, better customer service, and a better experience to everyone looking for call center software today,” said Steve Bederman, CEO of the Call Center Corporation. “We have a portfolio of top rated call center solutions, and want you to call us to hear more about what we offer, so we are getting your attention with ten free seats.”

Those who are interested in the offer can sign up at the Call Center Corporation website. Telephony usage is excluded from the offer, however.

The company is offering a 30-day money back guarantee on the Nuxiba software, which it was selling at $99 per seat per month during a promotional period.

Bederman believes he has never seen “call center software with such a friendly user interface” as the CenterWare Suite Contact Center has. In addition, the agent screens of the solution have a simplified workflow, allowing call center agents to easily plan a call-back date, time, and include a phone number when communicating with clients.
