LeadMaster, a provider of multifunction cloud-based CRM solutions for sales and marketing professionals, has announced integration with 3CLogic, provider of a full suite of cloud-based inbound and outbound customer interaction channels such as voice, chat and social media, which integrate with existing customer relationship management (CRM) software.
The integrated LeadMaster/ 3C Logic solution will enable companies to create a virtual call center simply with the click of a mouse, LeadMaster clarified in a press release. The LeadMaster system also provides software as a service (SaaS) for sales lead management, CRM, marketing automation, email marketing, and integrated phone dialing. According to LeadMaster CMO Andy Brownell, this movement is aimed at creating a solution for anyone who needs dialing capability from their lead management / CRM system.
Leveraging comprehensive computer telephony capabilities of the joint solution, the companies can now fully automate their campaigns using its click to dial feature – all while still accessing a 360-degree view of all interactions with a particular contact. The solution additionally helps log every outgoing call made via the dial button for reporting.
On top of assisting and improving agent productivity and call center performance reports, the click-to-dial reporting includes the campaign name, company, contact name and phone number for every call.
The virtual home office can be a vital feature for call centers needing to add staff for specific times of the year, such as holidays and other peak times. Easy to set up and administer, the combined LeadMaster / 3CLogic solution ultimately allows companies of any size to build a virtual contact center, in any location.
