3C Logic Integrates with LeadMaster to Transform Call Center Industry and CRM Industry

Cloud Call Center Resource Contributor

LeadMaster, a provider of multifunction cloud-based CRM solutions for sales and marketing professionals, has announced integration with 3CLogic, provider of a full suite of cloud-based inbound and outbound customer interaction channels such as voice, chat and social media, which integrate with existing customer relationship management (CRM) software.

The integrated LeadMaster/ 3C Logic solution will enable companies to create a virtual call center simply with the click of a mouse, LeadMaster clarified in a press release. The LeadMaster system also provides software as a service (SaaS) for sales lead management, CRM, marketing automation, email marketing, and integrated phone dialing. According to LeadMaster CMO Andy Brownell, this movement is aimed at creating a solution for anyone who needs dialing capability from their lead management / CRM system.

Leveraging comprehensive computer telephony capabilities of the joint solution, the companies can now fully automate their campaigns using its click to dial feature – all while still accessing a 360-degree view of all interactions with a particular contact. The solution additionally helps log every outgoing call made via the dial button for reporting.

On top of assisting and improving agent productivity and call center performance reports, the click-to-dial reporting includes the campaign name, company, contact name and phone number for every call.

The virtual home office can be a vital feature for call centers needing to add staff for specific times of the year, such as holidays and other peak times. Easy to set up and administer, the combined LeadMaster / 3CLogic solution ultimately allows companies of any size to build a virtual contact center, in any location. Low cost workstations combined with an Internet connection is all that is needed to have home-based call centers up and running.

This is exactly how the solution is expected to enable call centers to increase staff without having to lease additional equipment or call center space; anyone with a computer and a high-speed Internet connection can be a part of the call center team.

The 3CLogic contact center platform provides the same quality business phone solution and performance management features found in multi-million dollar solutions at a fraction of their cost, while also delivering the versatility to support multiple contact center applications on a single platform.

“We want to provide our customers with an easy to use system that is integrated seamlessly so whether they are a large call center or a small business they have the tools they need. The system works the way you think it would. Click on the dial button and it makes a phone call. The LeadMaster system provides software as a service for sales lead management, CRM, marketing automation, email marketing and integrated phone dialing. This is a great enhancement for anyone who needs dialing capability from their Lead Management / CRM system,” LeadMaster CMO Andy Brownell, noted in a statement.

“Call center managers and sales executives can roll out a complete sales lead management CRM system that is fully integrated with rich telephony and voice features without going through a PBX. Delivery of this combined system from the cloud, with software as a service business model, gives the power to sales executives to make their own decisions without being held back by antiquated equipment and technology”, President and CEO of 3CLogic Raj Sharma also said in a statement.
