Call centers have been made easily optimized thanks to the ever-increasing popularity and rapid adoption of the cloud.
In light of this, Easycallnow, a hosted dialer and telephone service provider, has worked to provide an even more improved and complete cloud contact center by revealing its new and enhanced user interface to include new call scripting functions, business intelligence reporting, a drag and drop IVR builder and new conferencing and PBX capabilities.
According to Operations Director Lisa Clark, the move to redesign Easycallnow’s interface was to include new features as “part of our continuous improvement program.”
With the new Easycallnow iPad app, users are given the opportunity to create, edit and view status screens when on-the-go. Additionally, the business intelligence reports provide management with the necessary tools to create customized, real-time status screens for display on wallboards, monitors and the iPad.
Additionally, the drag and drop IVR builder works to simplify and untangle the complicated and time-consuming process of building solutions. “IVRs are often complex and difficult to implement,” added Technology Director Nick Holland. “Now customers simply draw their design onto the screen and a single click brings it to life.”
Furthermore, the conferencing feature boasts rich, interactive and reliable collaboration services for increased business productivity and efficiency, including automatic participant dialing, recording of all participants and a live graphical interface.
The new PBX functionality also enables businesses to seamlessly integrate their office voice system with their contact centers for a complete, unified telephony solution.
