Five9, a provider of cloud-based call center software, has been a key player in the virtual call center space. When it comes to running sales, marketing campaigns and providing support services to clients, Five9 can be considered a good alternative to traditional premise based call center solutions – that is, before the recent system outage that completely shook the company’s (and customers’) confidence in its abilities to maintain efficiency. One competitor, 3CLogic, is all set to capitalize on the situation.
In light of one provider’s quick misfortune, another is ready to prove themselves. Rockville, M.D-based provider of cloud-based inbound and outbound customer interaction solutions, 3CLogic, has been quick in introducing an incentive-based program that makes migration from Five9 to 3CLogic’s Cloud Based Contact Center platform highly lucrative.
According to company website, 3CLogic’s cloud-based contact center enables companies to have more accurate and timely information about their prospects/customers, as well as boasts to more efficiently respond to communications, ensure customer satisfaction with better service and drive toward a larger lifetime value of each account, customer or client.
The recently launched three-point incentives program called “Cloud Switch” aims at motivating customers to switch from their current Five9 platform to 3CLogic’s call center service. Deployed on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and based on a distributed architecture called Virtual Telephony Application Grid (V-TAG), the platform has been providing 99.99 percent up time on 3CLogic servers for several years in a row.
The incentives under the Cloud Switch program include:
1. Software “trade-in” pricing: For a limited time, 3CLogic is offering qualified users of the Five9 system a one-time ability to switch to 3CLogic and pay half of the monthly software fees they currently pay to Five9.
2. Set-up discount: 3CLogic is offering new customers under the Cloud Switch program a 50-75 percent discount on set-up installation and training.
3. Customization: 3CLogic is offering half-price on customization services that may be required for integration with their existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and reporting systems.
“With these incentives in place, it would be hard to justify sticking with Five9 now that something this powerful – coupled with extraordinary support and service – is available,” Director of Client Services at 3CLogic Ramana Reddy noted in a statement.
In order to avail the offer, interested customers must submit orders to 3CLogic on or before September 30th, the company said in a news statement.
Early this year, the company launched a four-point incentive program to encourage enterprise customers constrained by outdated call center technology to switch to a cloud based solution that fully integrates with their existing CRM systems.
