UsefulTools Inc. is poised to mark its debut with the launch of an innovative online service at the TechCrunch Disrupt Conference in San Francisco this September. The online platform developed by UsefulTools enables software developers, marketers and small businesses to gain access to more than 100,000 agents across 46 call centers. The cost-effective software as a service (SaaS) will enable organizations to develop agent scripts to launch real-time answering solutions in less than a minute at a cost of US$ 0.50 per minute.
The beta version of UsefulTools SaaS was launched this past June and has expanded in capacity to handle around 10,000 inbound calls on a daily basis to accommodate both U.S. and international call center agents with multilingual skill sets. Conventional call center models carry monthly financial implications, whereas the UsefulTools application works differently by charging only the businesses based on their usage and requirement.
The communication engine from UsefulTools is powered by Twilio, allowing the company to significantly expand its call answering capabilities. The SaaS solution also enables integration with third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Facebook and Salesforce, among others.
The unique solution from UsefulTools is ideal for marketers that require their phone lines to be answered over the weekend in case of a sales event, and for small and medium enterprises planning to expand their customer service capabilities by introducing a live agent to answer the phone on a 24/7 basis throughout the year.
UsefulTools’ advanced call center platform is designed for customization across various industries to provide call-answering solutions. The company’s solution can be seamlessly deployed across industries such as real estate, healthcare, hospitality, automotive and many others. UsefulTools is an ideal application for small businesses, enabling these enterprises with access to dynamic call analytics -- combined with marketing intelligence tools -- to assure a response to every call and message. This ensures the businesses can secure themselves against lost business opportunities due to a missed call or message.
